OUR POTS ARE US!
Quirky, colourful and down right good looking! (subject to individual preference). Our Allen Design Pot Heads are cast in polyresin before individually hand finished & painted. No two Pot Heads are the exact same and that's how we like it!
Our succers are hand picked for each pot from the best available stock at the time (may vary from pictures). These succers are both indoor and outdoor plants chosen to give your Pot Head the perfect do!
We’ve put our hearts and heads into the packaging so that each delivery GUARANTEES to make your day! We're pretty chuffed to say our packaging is almost 100% recyclable. Each Pot Head Planter box is gift wrapped - just because!

Pot Head Planters is a family owned business thought up during a long period of isolation and spending too much time together in the garden (no such thing). We like to think of it as the brainchild born out of a Pandemic! Who doesn't love a little plant based experience to kill their boredom or brighten up their day?
With creative bones, a background in interior design and a love for succulents, these pots gave us the inspiration to do something a lil crazy during a crazy time. We see a piece of art, a lovable succulent, a creative way to get your hands dirty and a unique gift experience in a personalised gift box - it's the gift that keeps on growing!
How does it work
Here’s how it works in 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Order your chosen Pot Head Planter.
Step 2: Eagerly wait by the door for your delivery.
Step 3: Receive Package!!!
Step 4: Open me up and read the instructions on how to put me together.
Step 5: Take photos of me, choose my new home and watch me grow.
We'd love to watch your little ones journey so be sure to tag or share your pics with us on your socials!
Your order will include the following:
- An adolescent succulent (we pick the best available).
- Your chosen Pot Head Planter.
- Base pebbles.
- Potting mix.
- Surface pebbles.
- A wooden spoon (aka mini shovel).
- Our cute care card instructions on how to keep your succer alive!
Also includes gift wrapping and your choice of a punny greeting card!

We are here to take the succ-iness out of gift giving. Give them the gift of choice with a Pot Head Planter gift card.
Received via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Gift cards have no additional prossesing fees as they are paperless.
What better way to say I succing love you!
Nope! That would take all the fun out of it. Your package is sent Ikea style because that's the safest way for it to travel. Not to mention our cool care card & instructions make it so easy to put together. If you're afraid to get your hands dirty, wear gloves or ask someone do it for you!
Succulent Care
Although your succers aren't needy, they still need the right TLC. Here are our tips for giving your new baby the best chance at a long, happy and healthy life:
- Succers are succers for the sun! These are both inside and outdoor succers, so a perfect environment would be "out on the (shaded) patio" or in a nice warm spot inside with filtered natural light.
-Be careful of direct sunlight or heat if its a scorcher, they can burn!
- If placed outside, you can remove the plug from your pot to help drain any excess water.
- When your succer is first planted it needs a good drink. Just like your first night out on the town!
- Your succer only needs watering when the soil is completely dry which is roughly every 2-3 weeks. Water the soil and not the plant directly. Remember, over watering is overkill, literally.
Once your succer is in your care, it’s over to you to look after it the best you can! Basically we can't replace your lil mate if you accidentally kill it. Feel free to get in contact for any care enquires.
Imagine you were kidnapped, tightly pack in a box and shipped across the country. Your succer will most likely need a reasonable recovery time!
Sometimes they might brown on the tips or have some droppings as they can take a week or so to get used to their new home.
Follow the care instructions provided and if you're still concerned, we'd be happy to assist you in nursing it back to health!
Shipping
We deliver all of our products Australia wide EXCLUDING TAS and WA (you can blame quarantine laws for that)!
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (gift wrapped and taken to the post office).
Standard delivery comes free with orders over $99 - Succ yeah!
NSW: 2-5 business days.
Other states: 3-6 business days.
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.
*Some regional areas may have different delivery times!
You would have received a tracking number with your order and it can be used to follow your little one's journey here:
Great question you ask! We want your little succer in it's box for the most limited amount of time possible. It would be silly ordering a Pot Head Planter in April for your besties birthday in May!
We get some of you like to be super organised, that's why we've given you an option at the checkout to leave 'order notes'. This is where you can specify when it is needed for or what date it will be gifted. That way we can do the hard work and calculate what the best time to send your package to you is so that your succer will come out and thrive!
We can't guarantee delivery dates but we can get pretty darn close!
Yes! Thanks to a thing called technology, we can track the every move of your delivery. Therefore if it gets lost, we know exactly where to look. Both parties will get notified when your box has been delivered for peace of mind. Please make sure to put in the correct address at checkout!
Returns and exchanges
Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have changed your mind about your DIY succulent planter kit.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused,
pristine condition.
For change of mind returns, please note that you will be responsible for arranging and
covering the return shipping costs.
Additionally, please be aware that there is an additional restocking fee of $10 for change of mind refunds.

We understand that sometimes preferences may change or unforeseen circumstances
arise. If you would like to exchange your Pot Head Planter for a different style, colour, or size:
Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase to discuss the exchange process.
The Pot Head Planter must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference.

If your Pot Head Planter or Succulent arrives damaged, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and are here to assist you promptly.
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a detailed description of the damage.
We will assess the situation and provide appropriate resolutions such as issuing a refund or store credit.
In cases where replacement products are necessary, we will ensure timely delivery at no additional cost to you.
